1. Nature of Our Service

Soul Ink offers artistic, conceptual creations that are deeply personalized. Each piece is created based on your answers, stories, or emotional input. We do not sell mass-produced or off-the-shelf goods. Every creation is made once, for one soul only.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because what you are purchasing is a meaning, not a commodity, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the creative process has begun.
If you change your mind at any stage of the order process—after payment and initial concept development—we do not offer refunds, as the creative work and emotional investment has already been made.

3. Creative Ownership & Confidentiality

By submitting your story or emotional input to us, you acknowledge the following:

  • Soul Ink retains the right to publish and showcase images, videos, or descriptions of the created concept for artistic or promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, or exhibitions).

  • However, your name and identity will remain confidential by default.

  • If we wish to share your story in narrative form (beyond visual material), we will explicitly seek your permission before doing so.

This allows us to honor the beauty of your story while respecting your privacy.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds once the order is placed and payment is made.
This is because we do not sell physical products—we craft deeply personal artistic concepts, each uniquely created for you. The creative journey begins the moment your story touches our hands.

Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are commissioning a one-of-a-kind conceptual creation, and that no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We operate in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom regarding the sale of artistic concepts and the provision of creative services.

5. Compliance with UK Law

Soul Ink is a registered service provider under UK jurisdiction. We fully comply with UK laws regarding artistic service provision, digital content, and consumer protection.
In case of disputes, UK law shall apply, and relevant authorities or mediators in the United Kingdom will have jurisdiction.

6. Use of the Website & Communication

By using our website or communicating with us, you agree:

  • Not to submit false, harmful, or abusive content.

  • Not to replicate, reverse-engineer, or misuse any of our designs, text, or branding materials.

  • To be respectful and truthful in your representations.
